We officially had our last camping trip of the year. Not that we camped a ton, ha ha. We only went 2 times this year. This time we went to Point Lookout! It was gorgeous! Point Lookout State Park is on the southernmost tip of a peninsula formed by the confluence of Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River in Maryland. There is a lighthouse right at the tip, but we were disappointed that it was closed for renovations. We also tried to fish for crabs using a string with a chicken neck tied to the end of it, but we didn’t have any luck (not enough patience and we definitely need to research how to do it better next time!)
I took lots of foliage photos because everything is so gorgeous and colorful. Enjoy!
